Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Send an email to support@beautometry.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once we have started processing or have shipped your order, the order can no longer be changed.

How do I track my order?

Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Tracking information is also emailed to you when your order ships.

My order never arrived.

Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

When will my pre-order arrive?

An estimated shipping date was listed on the pre-order product page. Sometimes manufacturing or shipping delays occur that are beyond our control. Please check the Pre-order page HERE for updated information. You will receive a shipping notice when your pre-ordered products ship from our store.

Shipping

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

In stock items will ship within 10-15 business days. Any order that contains pre-order items will ship when the pre-order items arrive in stock. Please see the pre-order page or each individual product page for estimated pre-order shipping times.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do you ship to my country?

Please view our Shipping policy HERE for a list of countries and shipping prices. If you don’t see your country listed, contact us customer service for more information. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to all countries.

What is your return policy?

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
